Requirements
To maintain the professional standards of Les Clefs d'Or, members are expected to meet the following criteria:
- • Active role within the Front Office department at a recognized hotel
- • Demonstrated service excellence, professionalism, and discretion
- • Recommendation or sponsorship from existing members
- • Commitment to uphold the values and statutes of Les Clefs d'Or
Membership Types & Annual Fees
Active concierges who hold the official Les Clefs d'Or golden keys and fulfill the requirements of UICH statutes §4.1.
International members represent the association internationally and may hold key positions on the board.
Ordinary local membership for full-time professionals working within the hotel industry.
Social members enjoy full access to local events, professional activities, and may serve on the association's board.
For former International or Social members who are no longer actively employed within the hotel industry but wish to remain part of the professional network.
Membership for hospitality students or part-time professionals working within hotel front office operations.
Eligibility
All membership categories require a current (or previously held, for Associate members) position within the Front Office department of a hotel in good standing.
How to Join
Becoming a member of Les Clefs d'Or Denmark is a structured process designed to ensure strong professional standards and community integration.

Attend an introductory meeting with the board or membership committee

Complete the membership onboarding process
